ABOUT THE LINE OF BUSINESS

The Adoption Service Center (ASC) Public Cloud ERP Consultant is responsible for the complete service and support offering from SAP to ensure customer success through the successful adoption and usage of SAP Public Cloud ERP solution.  The EMEA organization will be at the centre of partnering with our customers to ensure solution adoption and ultimate success in their digital transformation journey. 

This role will strengthen the relationship with our customers and strive for long-term engagements and act as trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering of adopting the solution. The Consultant role requires an understanding of ERP process across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAPs success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of services.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

-Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for Public Cloud ERP customers across EMEA

-Be responsible for high quality delivery in all assigned Public Cloud ERP customer engagements across EMEA

-Continuously develop, implement and roll-out processes, tools, methodologies, and empowerment that accelerates and improves our delivery methodology

-Contribute to the overall business growth of Public Cloud ERP (adoption)

-Ensure cross-LoB collaboration, best practice sharing and teamwork

-Collaborate successfully with other teams in the Public Cloud Community (e.g. presales, sales, partner management, etc.)

-Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer

YOUR PROFILE 

-High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen

-Experiences in the Consulting and/or Support business

-Strategic analytical thinking and decision making skills

-Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented

-Flexibility and proven ability to work under pressure

-Excellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are advantageous)

PROFESSIONAL EXPIEREINCE

-2+ year of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of at least one industry / solution segment

-2+ years of ERP and related experience with SAP product delivery experience

-2+ years customer facing experience 

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

-Knowledge or experience of Public Cloud ERP and Cloud technologies

-Knowledge in Public Cloud ERP processes (e.g. Finance, Professional Services, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration/Architecture..)

-Holistic overview of the SAP product and service portfolio

-High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen

-Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.

-Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.

-Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change

-The ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members

-Fluency in English
