What you’ll do

We are looking for Business Processes Associate Consultant for our team, that will:

-Support consulting on business process level to translate customer’s vision into solutions
-Support in mapping business processes and solution requirements
-Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
-Support solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
-Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
-Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
-Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
-Introduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
-Deliver solution training to customer team members
-Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
-Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
-Support in solution testing and issue resolution
 

What you bring

-Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent.
-Recently Graduate or less than 3 years of working experience
-Functional Experience
-Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
-Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite
-English: Fluent
-Italian: Fluent
 

Location
