At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.Find out how you can make a difference at Siemens Gamesa: .We are looking for a (Senior) Business Process & System Integration Manager to join our global Offshore Execution Equipment Management (EQM) team, to ensure end to end business process optimization and system integration along the Equipment Management value chain.The OF EXE EQM team is responsible for on time, on quality and on budget delivery of tools, transport and installation equipment to our global offshore execution project portfolio, internal blade and nacelle factories and our tower vendors.How to contribute to our visionAs a (Senior) Business Process & System Integration Manager you will be responsible to identify, scope and execute business process improvements with focus on seamless system integration within Offshore Equipment Management. You will be the core advisor of the Head of Offshore Equipment Management in all business process and system topics.More specifically your key tasks will include – but are not limited – to:
- Identify, scope and drive business process improvements in offshore tools & equipment, from order management processes, over warehousing processes and equipment return processes.
- Act as the core advisor for the Head of Offshore Equipment Management in all business process and system integration topics.
- Support the EQM Management team in strengthening the process landscape within their respective area of responsibility and ensure seamless interfaces across the process.
- Act as the main interface to the System Business Integration (SBI) function and to IT in scoping – i.e., definition of business requirements and user stories – and implementation of IT improvement projects.
- Drive efficiency across the Offshore Equipment Management value chain
- Coach and guide the existing SAP key users and Master Data Responsibles within EQM
- Act as emergency contact for the Tools & (Transport) Equipment Demand and Supply Managers in EQM

- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT related field of studies, or have a background in business administration, management- with strong link to IT.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business process optimization and system integration.
- Profound knowledge and experience in SAP4Hana, with proved expert skills in the SD, LE and MM modules.
- Basic knowledge in SAP4Hana PP / PM / QM / FICO is an additional plus.
- You are at ease with pro-actively navigating a complex stakeholder environment and building a sustainable network.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Pro-activeness, drive, and persistence.
- The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels of the organization including senior/executive management.
