What you’ll do

As a member of the Remote Service Delivery Team, you will provide technical and application-related services to SAP customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

– Analysis & Problem Solving: Investigate and analyze complex customer issues across their business processes and system landscapes. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of the problem.

– Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and propose effective solutions based on your analysis. Work to optimize system performance and stability in heterogeneous environments.

– Service Delivery: Deliver expert services both remotely and, when required, on-site as part of a project team. Knowledge transfer to the customer will also be one of your tasks.

– Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with a network of highly specialized professionals to solve demanding customer requirements. Clearly communicate findings, progress, and results to both customers and internal colleagues. 

What you bring

Core Qualifications:

– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.

– First professional experience. Technical Skills: – Solid programming skills.

– Knowledge of databases. – Understanding of cloud-native architecture.

– Experience with one or more SAP cloud solutions would be a big plus.

– Resilience: Composed and effective under pressure and in critical situations.
