 Business Process Management Graduate Program Intern
Lodz, Poland
Responsibiities:

-Responsible for business process management support, such as the maintaining established standards, tools and compliance requirements:
-Support Team in BPM tool and it’s database maintenance activities
-Conduct process quality checks and process publishing
-Create supporting process documentation, as required.
-Manage stakeholder queries and resolve issues concerning the process management standards, tools and compliance requirements.
-Manage stakeholder reminders
-Execute reporting as per the established standards, frameworks and timeliness, as required.
-Support the Senior Process Analyst in providing training as well as in any relevant forms of user support to achieve the broader knowledge management goals.
-Provide Administrative technology support:
-Process and management technology support, incl. training and ad hoc user support. Technology involves, but is not limited to, Promapp, Sharepoint, as well as any relevant technology identified to support the knowledge capture efforts.
-Escalate and raise technology issues to the Senior Process Analyst or software provider, as per the appropriate guidance.
-Execute reporting as per the established standards, frameworks and timeliness, as required.
 

Candidate Profile:

-Knowledge capture, incl process documentation, mapping and facilitation experience (desirable, not preferred)
-Experience with Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Automation (desirable, not preferred)
-Customer service skills
-Ability to analyze and organize data into meaningful reporting packs
-Awareness on when to escalate and raise issues
-Solid interpersonal skills, including communication and knowledge sharing ability
-Experience working with teams that are diverse
-Attention to details
-Ability to set and deliver against agreed deadlines
-Ability to handle multiple projects/skills at any one time
-Strong technical aptitude and systems acumen, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Fluent English required
