The jobCarlsberg is setting up a BPM organization mobilizing for the ERP Programme Elevate across Western European Markets with the purpose of upgrading our current SAP platform to S/4-Hana.In Denmark we plan for a successful upgrade and therefor establishing an organization with experts covering the full value chain commercial-, procurement-, supply chain- and finance processes and IT processes in general and with proven experiences within ERP implementation and project management.The BPM organization will together with the local experts be responsible for the ERP upgrade furthermore renovate and utilize systems and processes during and beyond the ERP Programme Elevate.The BPM Organization will cover these roles:
- Business Process Managers within supply chain, finance, commercial and supply chain
- Business Process Manager IIT
- Business Process Director overall responsible for the BPM organization in addition to a functional BPM responsibility
The BPM organization will be a part of the overall CFO functional area in Carlsberg Denmark with the Business Process Director being a part of the Finance leadership team reporting to the CFO/VP of finance in Denmark.All BPM managers will in addition to the functional reports to Finance also have a dotted line to relevant local functional area and be a member of a Western European BPM community.Are you prepared to head the initiative in one of Carlsberg Denmark’s BPM zones, contributing your expertise to a newly created team comprised of capable Business Process Managers; you are probably one of our new colleagues.Your responsibilities
Your key role is to coordinate the local ERP improvement efforts, ensuring a solid relationship with the WE community and PMO as you contribute to the Western European ERP upgrade project.The overall responsibilities for the BPM managers includes:
- Operate within the BPM Team during the WE ERP Programme Elevate through all phases, and supporting all relevant projects and work packages
- Identify and secure in-country resources required for implementing programmes and deploying system and process improvements
- Support ongoing changes related to system, data and process improvements within the market by acting as a liaison between local stakeholders, market resources and central teams
Specific tasks among others are:
- Drive and facilitate brown-paper exercises and workshops exploring and optimizing current process landscape
- Establish full process landscape mapping and documentation
- Facilitate the progression of the management agenda in the organization incl. training needs and plan
For the BPM IIT the main focus will be at the core ERP, broader SAP landscape and impacted boundary applications. Responsibility will be functional in nature, with the ability to understand how to engage between core IIT professionals and business counterparts to articulate and deliver solutions that will ensure business outcomes.Specific tasks for the managerial role are:
- As you oversee your specific field of proficiency, which may range from finance to commercial functions, procurement, logistics, or IT systems, you will be responsible for creating and directing the BPM team in Denmark, encompassing five proficient Business Process Managers.
Your qualifications
We are looking for Business Process Managers who have proven experience in business process analysis, design, and improvement, specifically in a FMCG environment with a regional structure.Today you are probably a part of a large consultancy company bringing skills and capabilities from ERP project management. You could also come with experience and knowledge from a larger IT Technology company or a big FMCG company.Carlsberg Denmark is a business with a full value chain. Candidates having knowledge and understanding of both commercial and supply chain business drivers and processes will be first in line.In addition to that, we imagine that you have:
- Understanding of business operations and drivers within your given functional area
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems (and boundary systems) and their impact on in-country business processes
- Experience in project management and delivery
- Experience in resource management
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures
- Proficient in self-guided tasks as well as team-based projects
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams
- Having a background in change management is valuable
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
