As a Business Process Analyst within the Global Quality/C&C team you will be responsible for executing projects, conducting investigations, analysing data and implementing process improvements. You will support global teams in developing and rolling-out new or improved processes resulting in lean work environments increasing the service towards our customers. You will represent the Global Quality team in interdepartmental and global projects and will lead rolling out these projects within the PSLD network.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Process Management:

Analyses processes to identify process inefficiencies and wastes and seeks for opportunities for creating a lean work environment.

Designs and implements new processes and tools or updates to existing processes to improve end to end value chain performance that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste.

Governs changes through collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and strives to standardisation.

Project Management:
-
Leads and executes multiple projects with cross-functional and global teams.

Data collection & processing:
-
Guarantees data quality and accuracy which is critical for decision making, analytics and reporting.

Conducts data analysis and creates solid logics and queries enabling KPI, Reporting and Metrics governance.
Basis skills and qualifications:

Data collection & processing skills:

Ability to collect and synthesise data from a variety of sources. Document these sources and validate the accuracy of data analysis.

Experience in data gathering, data mining, data processing and data modelling for large datasets including the processing, cleansing and verification of datasets used for analysis.

Project Management skills:

Ability to execute multiple and complex projects simultaneously with high levels of precision.

Collaborating: ability to work with a variety of individuals and cross-functional teams in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Flexibility and Adaptability: ability to adapt to a changing environment and be a change agent. Capability of thriving in high-pressure situations and delivering results within tight time constraints.

Advanced computer applications:

Understanding software development and having experience in creating queries working with divers datastores, including Snowflake, SQL and data programming languages. (SAS, Java, Python)

Solid knowledge of EWM and R/3 is a plus

Good skills in Query and Database Access Tools to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting, and formatting data for further use.

Experience working with Sharepoint and BI tools such as PowerBI
-
Fluent in English
