Are you ready to take on a new and exciting role within Pharmaceutical Production in a company supplying medicines to patients around the world? We are currently looking for an ambitious and responsibile professional for the position of Business Partner for the Senior Director in Solid Bulk Production. This is a newly established role.
Your future team
As Business Partner you will report to the Senior Director, be a part of a commercial production organization with the responsibility for solid formulations to Lundbeck´s global market and support to both internal – and external manufacturing.
Solid Bulk Production (SBP) is part of Pharmaceutical Production. We are 48 employees with different professional backgrounds. The department has three productions teams and several support functions. You will join a team of managers and skilled supporters.
Your new role

You will be part of the SBP leadership team and be involved in projects and tasks as well as supporting the daily operations. You will get responsibilities within the departments Operational Excellence journey, lead the health and safety activities and together with manager perform various performance – and financial reporting.
You will therefore collaborate closely with many stakeholders across the organization and get insight into several aspects of manufacturing. Further, you will work across the area of Pharmaceutical Production creating value cross functional.
As Business Partner in SBP your key responsibilities will be:
-Support the Senior Director and the SBP leadership team in administrative tasks, e.g. organize – and lead management meetings and prepare various presentations for Senior Director.
-Create performance reports monthly regarding board KPI´s.
-Participate in budget processes for SBP and perform monthly financial reporting.
-Organize training activities for SBP.
-Play a key role in the strategy activities for Pharmaceutical Production, facilitate – and coordinate workshops.
-Participating in – and executing on Operational Excellence activities.
-Lead improvement projects with cost, quality – and reliability potentials.
-Lead HSE (health and safety) structure and activities in SBP.
What you bring to the team
Our preferred candidate possesses the following qualifications:
-You have a relevant academic background (e.g. pharmaceutical science, engineering or other relevant field).
-You work structured and your approach to solve is data driven.
-You show strong communications skills and build relations across functions.
-You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.
-You demonstrate good planning skills and manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
-You work with high energy are super motivated to support the management of SBP in many aspects.
In addition to this, we expect you to be fluent in Danish and English.
