We invite you to apply for the position as Business Manager to the SVP of Corporate Procurement!Your new roleLundbeck is looking for a Business Manager, who is enthusiastic about becoming a trusted advisor for the SVP of Corporate Procurement.In the role, you can expect to:

• Drive the development, execution and tracking of the annual high-priority projects for Corporate Procurement, including shaping and driving Corporate Procurement strategy
• Act as a proactive sparring partner to SVP for Corporate Procurement in identifying, analyzing and executing initiatives to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Corporate Procurement function
• Facilitate cross-functional projects across various functions within the organization
• Prepare impactful presentations for Executive Management and for the Corporate Procurement Leadership Team
• Facilitate regular meetings and discussions within the Corporate Procurement Leadership Team.

Your future teamYou will become a part of Corporate Procurement where you will join our management team of 5 managers responsible for R&D, Manufacturing & Supply, Corporate Services, Commercial Services, Procurement Excellence and Sourcing Transformation located in Copenhagen, Krakow and Chicago.Corporate Procurement is a global team of app. 40 skilled professionals who deliver because of each other. There is little hierarchy, we believe everyone’s voice should be heard and understand the significant value of differing opinions, backgrounds, and personalities.The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.What you bring to the teamOur preferred candidate has the following professional and personal qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or a similar role
• Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, ideally in a global corporate setting
• Solid problem solving-, communication- and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated project management and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability in building business cases
• Pharma experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
