You will drive the Business Line with focus on sustainable, profitable growth, as well as finding business synergies, building new business tools and creating new options. Your mission is to contribute to the Power Technique business to become the leading supplier of Power and Flow equipment in the BENELUX region.For our regional Customer Center within Power Technique we are now looking for a highly qualified Business Line Manager (m/f/d) for Capital Equipment Power and Flow for the BENELUX region located in Belgium. This position has a key role in further developing our regional organizational structure within our Customer Center. The position is part of the Management Team and will amongst other areas be responsible for:

  • To achieve results as per objectives agreed with the General Manager.
  • To develop and prepare marketing plans, Business Development Meeting documentation and activities along guidelines given by the Division.
  • Create and promote a constructive dialogue between the Customer Center and the divisional Headquarter.
  • To develop and maintain a strong price policy to safeguard divisional consolidated profitability.
  • To exercise control over profit and loss including all costs associated with the operation as well as the balance sheet.
  • To work closely with the service department to further develop our aftermarket activities in line with the divisional strategies.
  • Active use of the Sales Customer Relationship Management System and support further integration in all parts of the regional organization.
  • Perform proper people management and also use appraisals to develop your employees.
  • To monitor and manage the performance of all team members.
  • To develop training programs for employees.
  • To be responsible for and ensure that Health and Safety regulations are applied.
  • To effectively promote the Atlas Copco company.

To succeed, you will needExperience requirementsThe successful candidate shall have a managerial experience within marketing of capital goods and/or experience within management of a service organisation.Knowledge

  • Language skills: Dutch native, French and English business fluent in speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of software such as MS Office, Outlook and SAP
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting
