Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing market presence across Europe.Key Responsibilities:
– Drive Expansion: Lead the acquisition of new clients for various European logistics platforms, focusing on the fashion and apparel industry.
– Strategic Vision: Collaborate in shaping and implementing a robust business development strategy that translates into actionable and effective market plans.
– Network Building: Cultivate and expand your professional network, generating awareness, interest, and trust through direct sales initiatives and active participation in industry events.
– Tender Management: Oversee the tender team to develop compelling value propositions that captivate potential clients.
– C-Level Engagement: Forge strong relationships with C-level executives to convert prospects into valued clients.
– European Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development teams across Europe to achieve common objectives and drive overall success.ProfilEducation:
– You have a masters degree or equivalent by experience.Languages:
– A fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
– Your knowledge of any other language, such as French, is a plus.

Knowledge/Experience:
– Experience in transport logistics, particularly in warehousing, with a strong background in fashion or apparel and a history of working with international fashion clients.Key Traits:
– Natural aptitude for prospecting and networking.
– Proven ability to build and maintain a balanced and thriving sales pipeline.
– Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying and engaging new prospects.
– Strong relationship-building skills with senior industry leaders and key influencers.Other:
– You are willing to travel (Europe) and on a frequent basis (20-25%).
