With your team, you ensure the adequacy of Business applications to the company’s objectives around Salesforce, Genesys, Sciforma, or other business applications from vendors or developed internally).This responsibility extends to all interfaces with related applications and covers all deployed group entities. The department Manager oversees the work on the entire lifecycle of these applications, from user support (TMA) to the management of functional and technical evolutions, from the call for tenders to the implementation of company projects. Internally, you will work with all company professions and close collaborations with other IT departments, international context. Externally, you will work with Partners/Subcontractors/Auditors/PublishersDomains: Sales Marketing and Customer Care Domain lead / Sharepoint / Sciforma Application lead / and others Business applications leadMain responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business IT Applications department and Business IT Applications portfolio
  • Align the department with strategic directions and business processes
  • Propose and ensure the implementation of department solutions in line with business needs, defined processes, and company objectives
  • Ensure the consistency of solutions with IT rules and standards; as well as the relevance of solutions and the performance of the Domain
  • Ensure the delivery of the Projects and Evolutions portfolio (complete cycle): support for scoping with Business teams, participate in tenders, guarantee estimates, manage IT project teams while respecting deadlines/costs/quality commitments
  • Manage user support and escalations to vendors
  • Contribute to the optimization of processes, data, applications, and associated systems
  • Guarantee the adequacy between proposed solutions and requirements
  • Ensure the establishment of management instances related to the entire department (TMA committees, project committees, business committees), and the proper management of arbitrations and risks
  • Lead and participate in project and business steering committees
  • Perform the administrative management of the internal and external team according to company processes: IT, HR, purchasing, and Finance
  • Manage and monitor his/her budget, and re-invoicing (Partners, Subcontractors, Licenses & Maintenance, and projects)
  • Formalize, consolidate, and maintain the Business IS architecture documents

ProfileYou hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Information Systems and at least 10 years of experience in IT project management and management in various Business application domains. You speak English at a very good level.Important technical skills :

  • Solid experience in company IS management and project management and TMA of business solutions and Business applications (On-premise and Cloud)
  • Solid experience and knowledge of company IS in all professions, from integration/interfaces to other products and other technologies
  • Mastery of MsOffice tools
  • Application development lifecycle, agile methode, DevOps
  • Knowldedge of Salesforce
  • Very good knowledge of Business professions and company processes
  • Solid experience in IT team management/project management
  • Mastery of project management: e.g., Prince2
