The fundamental driver of our culture is the player-learner mindset, which we seek to inspire and nurture in every employee.About the roleThe position holder drives the commercial excellence initiatives, tools and reports within Region EMEA and supports the transformation of the current sales process towards a facts & figure & based decision-making approach.The position holder leverages data to gain a competitive edge, optimize operations, and drive strategic initiatives, owns the Region EMEA dashboards and implements reports that are straightforward to comprehend and build the reporting for daily/weekly regional and country-based lead team meetings, deep dives, and business updates.The Business Intelligence Manager EMEA (f/m/d) will be supporting the local subsidiaries with the implementation of globally aligned processes, systems, and tools. The successful candidate will consult and support countries in data and analytics topics and facilitates the exchange and best practice sharing among countries within the region, as well as with other regions. Will also be responsible for creating a commercial excellence community focused on business intelligence across EMEA and creating platforms to foster exchange, working in close contact with the global commercial excellence team for the assigned tasks and responsibilities. Finally, will make sure the defined projects and initiatives will be implemented in the region according to local needs and requirements.Main tasks and responsibilitiesDevelops and provides reports and insights in an easy digestible and discussable format as an aligned basis for weekly lead team meetings, monthly deep dives, and business updates.

  • Contribute to the development of the organization’s data strategy and BI roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance BI capabilities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including data teams, business unit heads, and IT teams, to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Selects and informs on a core set of KPI and business development indicators that make trends, acceleration potential and short falls visible.
  • Work on sales performance as well as customer success insights to drive action
  • Develops standardized and automated reports on core strategic projects and promotional campaigns.
  • Willingness to self-learn new tools fast and efficiently. Collaborate with Global on new tools and data lake.
  • Align with global on dashboards and definitions and translate this down to the countries.
  • Drives transformation in the data & analytics function through countries’ stakeholder’s engagement on commercial excellence tools and usage of tools.
  • Supports CRM deployment, reporting and analytics tools for local organizations.
  • Acts as functional leader for local key users for tools and systems.
  • Represents Region EMEA and its respective country organizations with global counterparts and advocates needs and wants.

About the ideal candidates for this roleExperience & expertise

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field and work-related experience
  • Strong experience within a commercial excellence, project management and sales process transformation
  • 5-year more experience within commercial excellence, sales and/or business development/ or a commercial role with proven commercial success
  • Strong experience with ETL software’s and dashboarding tools preferably Alteryx, Power BI & Salesforce EA
  • Track record in achieving challenging results
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travelling
