At our office facilities by the harbor edge in Horsens, you will become part of an energetic office community, consisting of approx. 130 colleagues looking forward to welcoming you in our team as soon as possible.About the jobAt HAY, we are currently seeking two new colleagues for our analytics department: a Business Intelligence Analyst for a permanent position and a Business Intelligence Developer for a maternity cover lasting for approximately one year.Both roles are in a team of four experts, who are driving the company’s transition into a data-centric organization. In this dual-faceted role, you’ll be pivotal in both developing our data warehouse and crafting insightful reports and dashboards that empower timely, accurate decision-making.Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to understand and refine their data needs
• Extract, transform, and load data to build a robust semantic model
• Create and enforce organizational standards for data visualization
• Design intuitive dashboards and reports for various end-users, streamlining business intelligence processes

Your Impact:

• Elevate decision-making with a strong emphasis on data and facts
• Produce tailored dashboards and reports for executives and stakeholders
• Ensure uniform reporting practices across departments
• Simplify data sharing with external parties

Are you the Analyst or Developer we are looking for?What We Expect:

• An analytical and problem-solving intellectual with a strong inclination for data-driven strategies
• Excellent critical thinking abilities and a profound interest in delving deep into data
• A self-starter with the initiative to independently manage and execute tasks

You’ll Need:

• An MSc in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to data warehouse design
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or DAX is highly beneficial – while expertise in these areas is not mandatory, it will be considered a significant asset to your application
