We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst (maternity cover with possibility to extend) to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, providing data insights and analytics to support informed decision-making within the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Tableau, ensuring accurate data visualization.
  • Design efficient and scalable data models, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, utilizing advanced visualization techniques.
  • Utilize Tableau’s advanced features, including LOD functions, for complex calculations and insights.
  • Write SQL queries, including joins and aggregations, for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, providing actionable insights through data analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions, adhering to best practices and data governance policies.
  • Stay updated with emerging BI trends and technologies, continuously improving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist, with proficiency in Tableau.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tableau functionalities, including LOD functions, calculations, and dashboard design.
  • Proficient in SQL, including joins and aggregations, for data manipulation.
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Databricks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
