Our team supports each other to succeed, fostering a sense of belonging and collective achievement.In this position, you’ll make an impact by…As our new Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in improving decision-making processes by designing and implementing analytical solutions that support business objectives. Primarily focusing on the Finance department, your work will have a broad impact as you collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company. You will gather and analyze data from various sources to create solutions that align with business goals, metrics, and requirements.Some of your key tasks will include:
- Collecting and utilizing data from diverse sources to identify and build solutions.
- Creating and maintaining data models, databases, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into analytical solutions.
- Conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights.
Collaboration with colleagues will be key, as you will frequently interact with stakeholders. Whether working on Finance, Commercial, R&D, or production-related projects, your input will drive meaningful results.To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience or a willingness to learn programming languages and tools such as Python, KNIME, and Power BI.
- A basic understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
The ability to collaborate effectively should be complemented with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
