In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our business partnering function, leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee BI projects, ensuring proper coordination of stakeholders and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Data Analytics Framework: Design and implement a framework to standardize analytics practices across the organization.
  • Report Implementation: Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, improving data quality and automation.
  • Insight Delivery: Create actionable insights for end-users, driving business value from data.
  • Collaboration: Support other BI Business Partners, cross-functionally collaborating and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
  • Corporate BI Strategy: Ensure proper implementation of the corporate BI strategy.
  • Training: Provide coaching and training to end-users on BI tools.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, with knowledge of Angular as a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse).
  • Background in analytics and experience with data management projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities and strategic mindset.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of taking projects from development to deployment.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
