This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of key business projects in line with the global strategy defined by the management of the category, ensuring alignment between the global vision and local needs.

Responsabilities:

• Supports the development of strategic plans to ensure the long term sustainability of the businesses in line with corporate objectives;

• Lead scenario analysis such as Make or Buy analysis or alternates flow to plants;

• Secure and develop capacity to meet business needs mid to long term;

• Ensures the achievement of annual targets through effective project management;

• Develops action plans with business unit in accordance with the priorities set out in the strategic plan and ensures their application;

• Defines and manages budgets related to expenses, investments, savings;

• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders (including other functions such as Supplier Quality, Procurement, Plants, Engineering) and external partners to drive results (Suppliers);

• Manages risks and compliance issues relating to assigned projects;

• Ensures cross functional collaboration within the different areas of activity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics/Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or multinational group in a project management role;

• Experience in medical device industry

• Knowledge of industrial engineering methods and project management standards;

• Analytical skills allowing you to carry out complex studies and problem solving;

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to present information clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization;

• Fluent English level required.
