Business Insights Manager North and Central Europe

Your new role
As the Business Insights Manager for North and Central Europe, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead key initiatives, foster collaboration across countries and functions, and develop essential commercial, medical, and market access capabilities. You will be instrumental in providing the support, tools, and guidance necessary to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the business. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to deliver valuable insights that drive our strategic decisions and enhance our overall market presence.
Your key responsibilities will cover:
Strategic Planning:
-Identify growth opportunities across NCE and develop business cases to realize revenue growth.
-Create market entry strategies for new products, set revenue targets, and support product launches.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
-Identify core issues within the commercial organisation and lead process improvements.
-Ensure data integrity and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
-Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics.
-Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas to implement targeted strategies.
Change Management:
-Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
-Lead the transition to a more digital and data-driven business model.
-Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
Your future team
Region North and Central Europe is part of International Operations, and our office is located in Valby, Copenhagen. You will report directly to the Marketing & Market Access Director. You will also have the opportunity to oversee and guide a dedicated team member as your direct report. As a team, our goal is to drive impactful strategies that enhance our market presence and support our mission to improve the lives of our patients. What you bring to the team
-Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Sales & Marketing or a related field
-Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Strong project management skills
-High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-High proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Danish
