- Ensuring the quality of the client asset information, addressing information needs, and facilitating consistent and efficient access to this information.
- Responding to specific business inquiries by providing necessary information in a timely and relevant manner.
- Advising and supporting information owners in decision-making regarding information management and quality level.
- Actively seeking optimizations and best practices to continuously improve information management and processing.
- Capturing business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements, serving as a liaison between business needs and ICT.
- Participating in projects with significant information impact and acting as an information analyst.
- Ensuring compliance, clarity, and usability of documentation.
What are we looking for?Have you got what it takes ?
- Demonstrable experience as a business analyst in a similar environment.
- Experience in developing and optimizing business processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Dutch at the European CEFR C2 level.
- Experience in information management in the electricity, gas, heat, or sanitation domains.
- Practical knowledge of data governance, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in large-scale projects.
