Role Responsibilities:
* Grow and manage the Dutch customer portfolio: you actively win new B2B customers and partners, nurture existing relationships and become their trusted advisor for all visual communication needs, directly contributing to ambitious growth targets.
* Translate market opportunities into concrete business: you analyse trends and figures, develop sales plans, prepare offers, negotiate contracts and close deals in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
* Act as the key link between the Dutch market and the international organization: you collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics, customer service) and regularly visit the headquarters in Belgium to ensure smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven commercial B2B experience in the Netherlands, with demonstrable results in winning and developing customers – the ideal foundation to quickly build strong market presence in this key role.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, combined with a creative, solution-oriented mindset: you enjoy advising and inspiring clients, turning their challenges into impactful visual concepts; knowledge of the visual communication/signing sector is a plus.
* Willingness to travel about 60% of your time within the Netherlands and to the headquarters in Moeskroen (Belgium), and the ability to work analytically with market data, CRM systems and internal teams to optimize your sales funnel and close deals successfully.
