An exceptional new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Growth / Development professional to aid in the promotion of a successful and significant business park in the Warrington area.The role requires someone with a demonstrable track record in both Business Growth initiatives and also some exposure to the Technology sector (essential!).Key elements of the role will include;Qualifications: Degree, Master’s, or PhD in STEM or relevant business field.
Experience: Circa 10+ years in business development, ideally within technology companies or supporting tech-focused organizations (e.g., universities, science parks).Key Skills:

• Proven success in building partnerships across business, academic, and government sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of developing relationships at senior/C-suite levels.
• Ability to leverage networks for business success.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing effective plans and strategies.
• Solid understanding of business operations in tech company growth.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Team player with personal accountability for results.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license required.

This is a full time/permanent role, based on site around the Warrington area.
