This exciting opportunity will have you performing analysis activities, with a strong focus on defining and managing business and functional requirements, data analysis, and Agile practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Define high-level and detailed business requirements
• Gather non-functional requirements (e.g., security, GDPR)
• Perform data analysis and modeling
• Conduct process analysis, identifying AS-IS states, bottlenecks, and proposing TO-BE solutions
• Create models using UML, BPMN, and Story Mapping
• Manage the backlog, define Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Act as a Product Owner and establish Agile practices
• Collaborate closely with the DEV team, architects, Scrum Master, and PM
• Assist the PM with business cases, project charters, and risk analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, synthetical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Agile knowledge and experience (backlog management, user stories)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in deep system analysis
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• Quick learner with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in international and multicultural environments

Language Requirements:

• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level)
• French knowledge is a plus (B2 level)
• Other EU languages are an asset

Additional Assets:

• Experience with European projects
• Background in engineering or computer science
• Knowledge of Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira
• Digital knowledge (website and mobile app development)
• Proficiency in making wireframes and prototypes
• SQL knowledge, BPMN, and conceptual data modeling
• Knowledge of fishbone diagrams
