Your new role
The position, based out of our Centre of Excellence in Copenhagen, is part of a diverse, and engaged team reporting to the director of Business Finance.
As key responsibilities as Business Finance Manager you will:
-Work as a finance partner to Finland supporting the countries’ Finance & Operations Director.
-Actively drive business decisions by translating financial data into insights, leveraging business- and having market understanding to support the country management team and the continued growth of the Business Area.
-Be responsible for the mid-term financial planning and tracking financial and market performance for your respective country.
-Be part of driving projects spanning all various countries and ensure best practise sharing
Your new Department
Business Finance acts as the Centre of Excellence for two business areas within the region Europe and Canda covering affiliates Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Greece and Austria.
The team consists of 6 Business Finance Managers working dedicated as finance partners to the affiliates and two supporting the Business Areas.
Your skills and qualifications
To be successful in this role:
-You hold a master’s degree in business, finance or similar fields.
-At least two years’ experience working with finance within a larger international organisation or consultancy
-You have experience working with FP&A, business partnering, financial services or similar
-You possess strong personal and analytical skills and put pride in continuously improving your way of working, while being driven by partnering with affiliates in close collaboration with colleagues across the value chain.
-You possess a can-do and proactive mindset and approach tasks with a positive mind and a good sense of humour. You are comfortable taking on new responsibilities and you identify opportunities and involve yourself proactively.
-Have strong communication skill, being able to explain a complex situation in a concise and simple manner and enjoy cooperating with people at all levels of the organisation.
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills. If you additionally have experience with SAP BO and PowerBI, it would be an advantage.
