As a Business Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing innovative service processes and business designs that support a wide range of capabilities within our Enterprise Business Unit and Local Markets. Your work will be pivotal in driving our strategic growth and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.The main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development of end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s brand and industry best practices.
  • Utilize your expertise in customer experience design and customer journey creation to develop high-quality service models that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the feasibility, design, and smooth transition of Enterprise Products service solutions to in-life operations, focusing on customer experience and cost efficiency.
  • Translate commercial product and business requirements into operational and IT impacts, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly considered and integrated.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Product Management, Legal & Regulatory, and Operational Support, to gather necessary input and support for service solution proposals.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills to drive process engineering and analysis, ensuring seamless cooperation and coordination across central and local teams.
  • Support the selection of suppliers for delivering shared and managed services, from defining requirements and selecting suppliers to participating in contract negotiations.
  • Manage the delivery of small to medium-scale service projects for centrally provided/supported enterprise products, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Who you areThis is what we are looking for:

  • Ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive and well-rounded service solutions.
  • Strong skills in process engineering and analysis to drive innovative and efficient business designs.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience design and journey creation, with a focus on developing exceptional service models.
  • Ability to interpret commercial requirements into operational processes and IT impacts, ensuring comprehensive and practical solutions.
  • Experience in selecting and negotiating with suppliers to deliver top-tier shared and managed services.
  • Ability to relate fixed and mobile network technology, processes, IT and people/organisation to provide a coherent solution with a strong focus on the customer experience.
