This is a Permanent contract working 37.5 hours Per week. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm hybrid working office days Tuesday/Wednesday
Salary is up to £32,000 depending on skillset and experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales, Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.

Receives and processes orders, issues order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs.

Responds to incoming customer calls, emails, qualifies them, and routes the qualified contacts and leads to associated sales professional(s).

Resolves customer issues where applicable, engages other for resolution where applicable (including shipment and after sale).

Manage Service Agreements – Manage new and existing service agreements.

Support with Critical Projects – Support BDM & BDA with critical service projects to help meet customer deadlines.

Support with Tenders – Support Sales team with tender opportunities to help grow the service agreements business.

Quotation Follow Up – Proactively follow up on quotations to gain customer feedback and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Attention to detail: Accurate data entry skills Fast typing speed with accuracy, extreme attention to detail.

Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced standard of computer skills with the ability to use office applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
