You will create opportunities for the Enterprise Sales Executives by qualifying leads through outbound calls and outreach.Meet our team:The PayPal Spain Enterprise Sales team focuses on engaging with new merchants to understand their needs and identify the right set of PayPal solutions available to them; creating new opportunities and bringing in revenue for PayPal. We are a concentrated team of dedicated experts and we are based in our PayPal Madrid offices.Job Description:Your way to impact:The BDR is a strategic position in the Enterprise Sales team, that will drive demand and create interest with some of the most impressive brands in the world. It´s an excellent opportunity to learn about PayPal´s value proposition and an excellent entry-level position that will give the candidate a thorough understanding of PayPal´s products and vision in the region and a trampoline for future growth into the broader sales team.Your day-to-day:In your day-to-day role you willSecure new merchants via outbound calls through the alignment of their business needs to PayPal’s customized payment solutionsBe able to set calendar appointments quickly and accurately for Account ExecutivesServe as a trusted advisor and consultant to all merchants throughout the entire sales and onboarding processLearn and implement PayPal’s proven, structured sales process, ultimately resulting in an accurate product recommendation.Be Open to consistent, formal coaching from leadership, sales coaches, and peers.Have an aptitude to understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome merchant objections by effectively communication the PayPal value propositions.Maintain consistent high call quality as pre-determined by leadership and sales coachesEffectively communicate a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen within and between teamsWhat do you need to bring:Bilingual (English, Spanish) – Portuguese is a plus.Must be quality and detail-orientedExperience with a CRM system preferredStrong working knowledge of the Internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office products
