Business Development Manager – Southern Europe (AI in Healthcare)

Location: Remote (based in Spain or Italy preferred)
Employment type: Full-time / Freelance

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager for Southern Europe to drive growth in markets such as Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and Israel.
You’ll play a key role in developing partnerships, managing distributors, and engaging directly with hospitals, radiology centers, and urology specialists. This is a broad, hands-on commercial role with real influence and visibility within a fast-scaling company.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a commercial strategy for your region

Identify and onboard new distributors and partners
*

Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, radiology centers, and KOLs
*

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
*

Represent the company at regional conferences and events
*

Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

4+ years’ experience in business development or sales to hospitals, preferably within AI healthcare, radiology, medical imaging, urology, or medtech.

Experience in direct sales to clinicians and distributor/partner management
*

Experience building partnerships or distributor networks
*

Fluent in English and Spanish or Italian
*

Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and results-driven
*

Comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly across your territory
