Business Development Manager – Opportunity for Rapid Growth

A leading organization within the FMCG and Medical Devices industry in the Randstad Region is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join their team. With a focus on technology and innovation, you will have the chance to work with around 50 active customers, particularly SMEs, while actively growing the top 10 customer portfolio.

Benefit from great support, extensive development opportunities, and the chance to collaborate with sales members in brainstorming sessions in Budapest. External sales training will be provided to enhance your skills, alongside a warm and spontaneous team environment that encourages autonomy and self-motivation.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in the FMCG or Medical Devices industry, possess an affinity with technology, and be proficient in working with data and numbers. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, and experience in dermatologic, pediatric equipment, or optometry sectors is advantageous.

If you are highly proactive, able to work autonomously, and capable of managing a high potential sales area, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Requirements: Commercial experience in FMCG and Medical Devices, affinity with technology, ability to work with data and numbers, fluency in Dutch and English, and proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced sales environment.
