Some of the main responsibilities include:

• You understand, can analyze and develop the holistic market for Power Conditioning Systems and Hydrogen Power Converter.
• You will use appropriate analysis to develop business development and sales strategies
• You can identify business opportunities in the target segments: Utility, Commercial and Industrial
• You will develop close relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• You will coordinate and organize commercial proposals
• You will negotiate contracts
• You will support customer’s project deployment
• You will realize monthly and annual sales targets of the company
• You will represent Delta at conferences, fairs and industry networking events
• You can communicate with the management within the Delta Organization
• You will provide regular business reports and forecast to Delta management

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or renewable engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience in the field of Power Conditioning System, battery energy storage system, or Hydrogen power converter
• Preferred to have completed product training in related products listed above or similar
• Excellent understanding of sales and business development processes
• Technical know-how of renewable energies, Hydrogen systems, battery energy storage systems and/or power conditioning systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken), other European languages are considered a plus
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent negotiation skills
