To support our Strategic goals, we are investing in our high growth adjacencies to expand and grow our Interventional Spine Franchise.About the roleCluster Business Development Manager is responsible for our high growth adjacencies product line within cluster ensuring effective market entry & expansion efforts, building market and procedure knowledge rapidly, developing and executing business development plans to ensure accelerated, sustainable and profitable growth in line with divisional goals. The primary goal of this role is supporting and enabling Boston Scientific to become the category leader in Interventional Spine within assigned cluster through in country business development activities planning, prioritization and flawless execution in collaboration with team members and relevant divisional and functional stakeholders.Your Responsibilities will include:
What are we looking for in you?
Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in MedTech Sales / Marketing, previous business development and sales management experience desirable.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree – Marketing or Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Scientific or Health Care Professional.Languages: Fluency in English and local languageIndustry Experience: Preferred MedTech with capital and device experience. Previous work experience in Interventional Spine or Orthopedic specialties is mandatory.Location: Home base in country of assigned cluster with access to local Hub office, flexibility to travel ~70% of time within clusterCompetencies and BehavioursTechnical InsightBusiness Planning
