Business Development Manager – Power Distribution
As the Sales Engineer in the Electrical sector, you will be responsible for managing key and strategic clients to deliver Eaton’s portfolio of Power Distribution products, services, and solutions to meet the client’s needs. The primary function will be to engage with electrical contractors and progressively building services consultants to develop and secure business opportunities.
Essential Functions:
Driving pipeline creation and conversion for electrical solutions across Medium and Low Voltage systems and EV charging infrastructure via Contractors and Building Services Consultants
Working in a strategic manner developing account plans to maximise the influence and opportunity.
Acquisition of strategic customers and contractors.
Collaboration with peers driving cross business sales to maximise penetration of business opportunities.
Gathering, identifying, and reporting customer and market information on new or prospective products.
Working collaboratively and effectively across Eaton’s internal and external teams
Skills and behaviours required
BSc Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Business-related degree
Ability to identify and convert winnable opportunities, creating value for target customers whilst maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
Adaptable and ability to work within a matrix organisation
