Iron Mountain has exciting plans to continue its rapid growth through significant investment in new data led technology solutions, asset management and Information Management.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our UK Banking Financial Services and Insurance sales team. In this role, you will have a strong client centric focus, using your experience to identify the needs, challenges and priorities of our clients, aligning their business objectives to that of Iron Mountain solutions. We’re looking for a candidate who can play a pivotal role in capitalizing on new client relationships, driving fresh revenue streams, and fostering lasting partnerships.

You must be a team player, who is willing to travel and meet our clients face to face, and have the accountable autonomy to work remotely and be self-driven.

Your role in our mission:

  • Drive new business through both upselling/ cross-selling existing accounts and winning net new logos

  • Develop a clear, strategic plan for growth in non-managed and new logo accounts

  • Identify target organizations, create compelling Sales propositions and understand buyer personas

  • Provide clear, concise Account and Close plans for all target organizations, providing a proactive approach to identifying Senior contacts, business objectives, buying cycle, sign off process and growth of revenue streams

  • Identify upcoming tenders, take the lead in managing and negotiating prices and accurate forecasts

Valued skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in Senior 360 Solution led Sales

  • Selling six-figure solutions to C-Suite contacts within a complex product portfolio

  • New business Sales experience within Financial Services or Insurance/ Technology

  • Face to face Sales experience

  • Really strong, positive mindset
