Discover your exciting role

As a Senior Business Development Manager in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) sector, you will play a key role in driving the strategic development of our business. You identify new market opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and guide complex projects from concept to successful execution. With your strong technical understanding and established network within the pharmaceutical industry, you foster innovation and deliver real value to our clients.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Develop proposal strategies and actively contribute to tender processes
• Create customized proposals in close collaboration with engineering, sales, and cost estimation teams – including technical and commercial evaluations
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as engineering, sales, and project management
• Present solutions and concepts to clients and at industry events and conferences

Show your expertise

• Degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in business development, ideally within the EPC environment for the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics
• Excellent technical understanding combined with strategic thinking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
