As the Business Development Manager, EMEA you are responsible for,

  • Contribute to revenue growth by leading and coaching a team of Business Development Leaders in the region to execute outbound prospecting,

  • Qualify inbound leads, and to nurture prospect opportunities through early funnel stages.

  • Be a key interface working with sales and marketing leadership to execute local commercial strategies and ensure overall funnel health (size, shape, speed, success).

  • Partner with local commercial leadership to execute growth bridges, which includes supporting funnel management, opportunity management and forecasting activities

  • Own the region’s prospect nurturing process across all channels to ensure leads are successfully handed off to sales

  • And will be located remote in Europe, Middle East region.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Develop strategic plans in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve Prospect pipeline targets and long-term funnel growth objectives.

  • Own the region’s lead nurture process by creating the nurture strategy, driving human-touch nurture activities, and coordinating with marketing on digital nurturing.

  • Engage with Regional Sales Managers & Sales Engineers to align strategies for local market needs.

  • Support funnel management, opportunity management & forecasting.

  • Provide support for late-stage funnel activities (as requested by the sales team).

  • Coordinate with regional marketing on campaign strategy & execution.

  • Create local outbound call campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to localize global & regional campaigns.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Commercial and business management and/or engineering background, a degree in Business Management is an advantage (Bachelor’s degree)

  • Advanced level of English (both writing & speaking)

  • Ability to work in an agile manner both internally and externally.

  • Effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency using MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time to support countries in the region
