For our client- international organization, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow relationships across key Central European and Balkan markets. You will play a pivotal role in managing partnerships within the Wholesale/Distributor, Convenience, Retail (including Petrol chains), and Food Service (HoReCa) sectors. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, ensuring high customer satisfaction while identifying and securing new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across Central European and Balkan markets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the company’s product portfolio
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the customer and product.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform decision-making
• Ensure the delivery of customized products tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management within the Wholesale, Convenience, Retail, Petrol chains, and HoReCa sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in both Polish and English; proficiency in other languages such is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently within European markets
• Driver’s license (Category B) is required
