As Account Executive, your main responsibilities will be to develop business in France & Belgium regions.You will have a focus on the legal & medical sector.Our client is a well-established and respected player in the technology and electronics sector. With an international presence, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and services to a diverse range of clients.As Account Executive, your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Drive commercial growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects in the France and Belgium regions.
  • Enhance the offerings by continuously adapting the value proposition to meet market demands.
  • Lead the sales process from lead qualification to closing, including onboarding and upselling, to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Convert leads from the company’s third-party lead generation experts and marketing, while actively generating additional leads.
  • Manage RFPs/RFQs from a commercial perspective in collaboration with the technical teams, including solution demos.
  • Collect valuable insights into market development trends and provide feedback to key stakeholders
  • Serve as a collaborative partner and work closely with Marketing, Technical Support, Product Development, and other departments.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • At least 5 years of professional sales experience in B2B software sales.
  • A real hunter mindset
  • A customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills to ensure the long-term success of the company’s recurring revenue business.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and negotiation abilities (including contract-related topics).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and Outreach.
  • A strong work ethic, adaptability to rapidly changing environments, and a results-driven, winning attitude.
  • A team player with high initiative, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a can-do approach.
  • Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
