Then please read on.QualificationsWhat we are looking for· A marketeer taking ownership of our thoracic surgery specialty and product range, covering Belgium and Great Duchy of Luxembourg· Authentic (indirect) leadership style with strong collaborative capabilities· Proven track record in sales and product management, with a strong preference for MedTech sector (or relevant medical experience)· Experience in project management· A curious and analytical mind· In-depth understanding of (Med)Tech sector and value-based healthcare· Ability to work independently within a matrixed team environment.· Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation, and prioritization skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment in constant flux.· A healthy sense of team spirit!
