Are you up for this challenge?What your day would look likeZaptec DK is a fully owned subsidiary of Zaptec Charger ASA (HQ in Norway). Our prime focus is to support our Danish partners with local sales, marketing, and support. We’re currently 8 employees in Denmark. We all share a passion for sustainability and the green transformation of the transport sector.As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include;Identifying and Evaluating Opportunities: Scout and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the Danish market.Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.Collaborating for Success: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities aligned with business objectives.Staying Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Driving Sales Process: Lead the sales process from outreach to contract negotiation and signing, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.Focusing on Growth: Spearhead proactive sales efforts to acquire new partners and explore new market segments, driving growth and market expansion.Strategizing for Success: Plan and develop strategies for approaching new segments within the Danish market, leveraging insights to optimize outcomes.Tender Management: Respond to tenders and RFPs promptly and effectively, maximizing opportunities for success.Effective Communication: Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and understanding of customer needs.Embracing Agility: Exhibit agility and adaptability in navigating dynamic market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed.At Zaptec, we promote autonomy, creativity, and development, as well as the opportunity to have a strong impact.
