Responsible for over 70 titles including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager at tinyBuild, you will play a key role in driving our partnerships with gaming platforms, developers, and other stakeholders in the gaming industry. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. You should be well-versed in the gaming ecosystem, experienced in negotiations, and able to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead negotiations and close deals with gaming platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and others.Negotiate agreements with game developers, defining terms for collaboration and long-term partnerships.Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with gaming platforms, studios, and other companies in the industry.Prepare and finalize licensing and distribution agreements in collaboration with legal teams.Actively seek new partners for collaborations, marketing activities, and promotional opportunities.Monitor industry trends, identifying new opportunities for business growth and market expansion.Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the gaming industry and platforms, staying updated on market trends and changes.
