Job Title Business Development ManagerJob DescriptionDriving new business initiatives, gathering marketing intelligence, guiding project teams, composing value propositions and creating business models to assess the feasibility of new opportunities in Cardiology sector.Your role:

  • Engaging with customers to build and execute business funnel, closely working together with account team
  • Developing stakeholder relationships together with Sales Leader/ Strategic Key Account Managers and facilitate engagement as required through opportunity lifecycle.
  • Developing sales strategies for new opportunities and together with Sales Leader / Strategic Account Manager and Client Delivery Manager is accountable for prospecting, lead generation until solution delivery and operations (Lead-to-Contract- to-OIT-to-Revenue).
  • Advising customer Decision Makers how to best realize the value of their Philips investment through innovation, implementation and productive use
  • Leading the Presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of market trends with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
  • Presenting solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
  • Driving competitive analysis, enhance portfolio and strategies against established players and new threats based on deep understanding of industry landscape incl. customer needs, trends, competition.
  • Designing business models and prepare comprehensive project budgets, calculates business cases.
  • Ensuring that the respective Solution is covered in the BMC plans, and in account plan.

You’re the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High motivation and results-oriented mindset.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.About Philips
