* Work closely with the Mechanical, Electrical and Automation (MEA) directors and in conjunction with other Group Companies and colleagues to develop opportunities
* Achieve revenue and opportunity conversion aspirations in line with customer development plans
* Develop strategic relationships to grow MEA business streams, as well as opportunities
* Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients
* Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

* Proven experience in business development, preferably within the MEA industry sectors
* Proven record of being highly commercial and results-focused, with a creative and innovative approach
