Role Summary
Joining the Business Development (BD) team at Marex Solutions, one of the four divisions of Marex Group, you will report to the Head of BD, alongside the BD graduate and BD intern.
You will support the sales, marketing and product development efforts to help meet quarterly and annual targets. You will conduct market research and execute sales strategies to drive company growth.
You will attract new clients with outbound marketing that will engage, inform and convert, leverage prospecting tools, as well as foster lasting relationships with key partners.
This role is perfect for a commercially driven, pragmatic and hands on individual, who works to a high standard with a can-do attitude, looking to make a real impact on the company’s growth and success.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing with Finance, or relevant field
Proven work experience in Business Development and Marketing
Proven work experience in Financial Services in a B2B environment
Proven work experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Familiar with social media platforms, SEO and website metrics
Track record of producing compelling content for clients across multiple touchpoints
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.

Attract new clients using outbound marketing and leveraging prospecting tools

Build and maintain client databases
Track, measure, and report on performance and calculate ROI
Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the FCA
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
