The Opportunity
The focus of this role is to provide administrative and logistical support to the Business Growth team. This role supports the Business Growth function in scaling its work in the UK through the acquisition of new business, including through contracting, logistics, research and administration. The role supports the preparation and development of proposals, as well as compliance with corporate and business growth systems, policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the business growth team related to market research, capture and proposals. This includes, but is not limited to:
Supporting contracting consultants required for capture and proposals
Supporting logistics for business growth-related travel (e.g. capture trips)
Supporting the maintenance of relevant business systems e.g. pipeline, OMS and Knowledge Hub.
Supporting client system/portal tracking across clients and distribute updates to relevant team members.
Undertaking market research as assigned
Supporting capture and proposal efforts as required, including scheduling and attending meetings, compiling relevant compliance documents, and formatting CVs/copyediting, etc
Provision of administrative support to the senior management team where necessary
Support the business growth team to facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all relevant team members.
What We Value

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
A pro-active approach to work and attention to detail
Experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated knowledge of or in interest in international development preferred but not required
