Business Development Analyst (all genders)

What you’ll do

• Define target pricing for Clean Products.
• Recommends deal closure strategies.
• Conduct quarterly marketing and account reviews.
• Plan and manage Clean Evaluation Tool strategy.
• Participate in Configuration Reviews as a representative of the Business Development team.
• Provide management with regular updates on profitability progress and status
• Executes product market share and profitability objectives
• Represent the voice of the account team within the Product Group.
• Organize and host customers visits to the Villach site.
• Ensure commercial alignment with the Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) for the Clean Product Line.

Who We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Preferred: MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in physics, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Strong intercultural collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What We’re Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G or H depending on educational background and experience.
