If you are ready to make a difference and contribute to our digital transformation journey, continue reading and apply today for a life-changing career!What’s behind the title?As a Business Development Analyst in DD&IT at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to support creating a business development framework for our new area, identifying and accessing new business growth opportunities.Additionally, your responsibilities will be to:Scout and generate industry and academia trend radars to anticipate and propose business cases to the line of businessCollaborate with university accelerators and incubators and build a strong collaboration ecosystemWork across teams and departments, engaging with colleagues around the globeDevelop short to long-term strategies and business plans to achieve overall business objectivesDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business driversDo you have what it takes?To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldAround 2-3 years of industry experience in business development (research and evaluation) and strategy planning in a large organization, preferably in pharmaProven ability to identify and evaluate new business growth opportunities, having worked with academia, venture capital, seed funding or incubationStrong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across teams and departmentsExperience with data sets, dashboards and BI tools is a plusOn a personal level, we expect you to be proactive, curious, bold and thrive under uncertain circumstances. Lastly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and eager to actively participate in improving our processes with suggestions.The team waiting for youYou will be part of Business Development & Transformation team, which is part of the Strategy & Transformation group, located in our Digital, Data, and IT headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
