Business Developer – Centro Italia in Vimercate, Italy

OBIETTIVO

Implementare e gestire le attività rivolte ad incrementare il sell-in e il sell-out di una gamma dei prodotti SBD all’interno di una selezione di punti vendita individuati insieme al Sales Manager tra quelli esistenti e nuovi legati in prevalenza al canale tradizionale.

RESPONSABILITA’

• Massimizzare la presenza dei prodotti esposti nei punti di vendita dei rivenditori del canale tradizionale.

• Migliorare la qualità espositiva e la visibilità a scaffale e in aree promo.

• Formare ed informare i rivenditori su caratteristiche tecniche e novità di una gamma definita di prodotti Stanley Black & Decker.

• Proporre assortimenti di primo impianto, e supportare i clienti nell’ideare e strutturare attività di sell-out.

• Rilevare informazioni all’andamento di mercato di riferimento.

• Monitorare l’impatto delle iniziative implementate sul fatturato e rotazione del prodotto, analizzando la concorrenza.

SKILLS E COMPETENZE

• Conoscenza gradita degli elettroutensili e dei relativi accessori

• Capacità analitica e organizzativa

• Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi ed in autonomia

• Ottime doti communicative e relazionali

• Disponibilità a muoversi su tutto il territorio assegnato

QUALIFICHE

• 3-5 anni di esperienza come Field Specialist, Merchandiser, o ruolo simile o provenienza dal mondo del DIY specializzato o dal canale tradizionale

• Patente B
