We have international clients and a small team of highly qualified individuals who enjoy solving complex problems. We prioritize human relationships and intellectual freedom, aiming to build a company with a high talent density, inspired by the “no rules rules” culture.Role DescriptionWe need someone to take charge of designing and implementing a sales strategy. We need an independent person who gets her hands dirty firsthand, to convert efficiently the leads we are collecting from the market. We need also help on the go-to-market strategy, conducting market research, and handling PR. Currently, leads come through word-of-mouth within our network, and we would like to establish an organic growth strategy. The person will report directly to the founders in weekly meetings.Responsibilities
