Then we might be a good match for each other!BackgroundHabitus is hiring a Business Data Analyst in the Data & AI team to help the unit support the business in achieving its strategic goals.Habitus is on a rapid growth journey and as part of its strategic initiatives is accelerating efforts in the domain of Data, AI, and Automation to ensure business stakeholders have actionable insights at their fingertips and can leverage AI and automations to free up more time for impactful and mission-critical work.To support this initiative Habitus has established the Data & AI team to own and lead all projects and initiatives within the sphere of Data, AI, and Automation.The Role of the Business Data Analyst in Data & AIThe Business Data Analyst in this team is primarily responsible for managing our business intelligence solution making sure the data products we develop meet the needs and requirements of the business, including supporting our strategy and governance principles such as providing insights, not data and being transparent.This will be the first BI-focused role we’re looking to fill in the team! • Are passionate about using your visual design skills to turn data analysis into business insights for people whose job is to make smart, informed decisions – not to analyze data.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the full, continuous lifecycle of our BI dashboards and reports from development to deployment ensuring data products are delivered in a timely fashion and in accordance with roadmaps and deadlines
• Collaborating with key business stakeholders to translate requirements for business insights into design specifications for dashboards, visualizations, and reports
• Collaborating with Data & AI team engineers on specifying reporting and exposure data-model designs based on data product requirements
• Developing and maintaining documentation of business logic and calculation methodologies for KPIs and other metrics
• Acting as main point of contact for supporting stakeholders in understanding and actively using available dashboards and reports as part of their daily operation
• Contributing to the development and implementation of governance policies.

We imagine you can say yes to having the following:

• a proven track record of building intuitive and user-friendly business intelligence products
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI or similar
• 3+ years of experience with data mining and analysis

It would be an extra plus if you can also say yes to:

• Having experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Having experience with using ML/AI in forecasts/predictions in the context of BI
• Having experience with working as part of a dedicated data team using frameworks such as scrum
• Being proficient in Danish

In your first 6 months at Habitus, you will be working on:

• Setting up our BI solution
• Designing and developing the BI-frontend of our first core data product, Habitus AI
• Designing and building our business metric repository
• Collaborating with your colleagues in the Data & AI team to deliver data products/reports on our 2024 roadmap and ad-hoc
• Helping conceive and develop initiatives to enable the business to self-serve its own insights
