Report Preparation & Consolidation: Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of business analysis reports, ensuring timely submission and accuracy in alignment with corporate strategies.
Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making and optimize the company’s operations.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on business performance forecasts versus actuals, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to improve accuracy and forecasting capabilities.
Collaboration with Regional Finance Teams: Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure alignment of business analysis and reporting.
Strategic Planning Support: Provide support to senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by offering insights and recommendations on business analysis and operational control.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks related to the core processes of Controlling, Accounting, and/or Tax within the business unit.
Compliance with Tax Regulations:
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate tax policies, supporting audits and tax filings as needed.
Support for Internal and External Audits:
Assist in preparing for and responding to internal and external audits related to financial reporting, Controlling and/or Accounting, and/or Tax.
Financial Analysis:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the business unit level, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Team Support & Development:
Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on Controlling and/or Accounting, and/or Tax.
Strong understanding of Controlling, Accounting, and Tax processes and compliance requirements.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards.
